Product Introduction
The twin-shaft vertical auger fertilizer spreader (fertilizer/manure spreader) is a new type of agricultural machinery that uses a tractor as power to spread poultry and livestock manure, fermented organic fertilizer, and farmyard manure (including compost) back into the fields. It mainly consists of a traction frame, welded frame, fertilizer bin, hydraulic system, transmission system, fertilizer feeding device, fertilizer spreading system, and ground wheel mechanism. The fertilizer feeding system is driven by the tractor's hydraulic output to drive the hydraulic motor, and the fertilizer feeding device moves the entire bin of fertilizer synchronously; the fertilizer spreading system is driven by the tractor's power take-off shaft, and the three-stage gearbox drives the auger to break up the fertilizer, while the double spreading discs cooperate with the auger to fully spread the fertilizer.
The vertical twin-auger crushing blades are made of high-quality spring manganese steel, which has high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. It has strong crushing ability and can effectively crush the organic materials being spread, effectively spreading poultry and livestock manure to the fields, resulting in fine and even spreading. This improves the effectiveness of soil nutrients, improves soil structure, increases soil fertility and water retention, reduces manure pollution, and plays an important role in the mechanization of returning poultry and livestock manure to farmland in agriculture and animal husbandry.
Product Features
The auger blades are arranged in a stepped manner, resulting in more uniform crushing and good fertilizer adaptability. The blades are easy to replace.
It uses an Adil axle, which has good braking performance, and the automatic steering system is accurate and sensitive, ensuring safety and durability.
Guardrails can be added to both sides of the fertilizer bin to increase the volume of the bin, increasing the loading capacity by at least 15% or more.
The fertilizer discharge gate can effectively control the amount of fertilizer discharged, and the hydraulic lifting is more convenient.
