Product Introduction

The 2FGB-9YA series stainless steel fertilizer spreader is an updated version of the original ordinary fertilizer spreader. All fertilizer contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel, greatly increasing the machine's corrosion resistance and extending its service life.

This series of stainless steel fertilizer spreaders abandons the traditional large-capacity hydraulic oil tank and replaces it with a 30-liter small hydraulic oil tank, saving 75% on hydraulic oil investment costs. The body is equipped with an aluminum oil tank, which has good self-heat dissipation. It is also equipped with an electric control radiator for better heat dissipation of the hydraulic oil.

This machine uses a custom-made enlarged conveyor chain and a reinforced fertilizer feeding chain, making the fertilizer feeding more uniform and thorough, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of fertilizer dragging and clogging. The chain is also less likely to get stuck on stones and bricks, greatly saving on maintenance and repair costs.

The machine uses a custom-made 13-ton heavy-duty axle and wide-section tires, which can adapt to various complex terrains, such as muddy land and deeply plowed land, making it less prone to getting stuck and allowing for smooth travel.

The machine's capacity can be customized. The stainless steel material is better suited for spreading various types of fertilizers, such as granular fertilizers, powder fertilizers, chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, farmyard manure, mixed fertilizers, soil-mixed manure, various wet and dry livestock and poultry manure, wine lees, drug residue, mushroom residue, shell powder, soil conditioners, sand, lime, quicklime, etc. It can be used for large-area uniform spreading in fields, farms, pastures, and cooperatives. It can also be customized for functions such as side dressing and spreading for orchard side dressing, road and engineering ash spreading, etc.
