✅ Education & Major Requirements Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related majors; Associate degree or above; Familiar with mechanical design principles and possess a strong theoretical foundation. ✅ Work Experience More than 1 year of experience in mechanical design (can be relaxed for entry-level positions); Preference given to candidates with experience in agricultural machinery, heavy industrial equipment, or non-standard automated equipment design. ✅ Skills Requirements Proficient in using mechanical design software; Understanding of common materials, manufacturing processes, welding, and machining processes; Able to perform product structural design, optimization, and analysis, and possess the ability to independently solve problems; Preference given to candidates with experience in **Finite Element Analysis (FEA)**. ✅ Other Requirements Possess good teamwork and communication skills; Possess a spirit of innovation and a sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to the intense pace of projects; Preference given to candidates with project management experience. 3. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the structural design, optimization, and drawing of the company's agricultural machinery and related mechanical products; Participate in product R&D, trial production, and testing, and conduct design improvements; Follow up on production and solve technical problems encountered during assembly; Responsible for the preparation of product BOMs, archiving of technical documents, and standardization improvements; Provide technical support to purchasing, production, and sales departments; Research market demand and customer feedback, optimize existing products, and enhance competitiveness.
