Vegetable Universal Seeder Features high seeding precision and low seed damage rate. Primarily for small-seed crops such as rapeseed, sesame, alfalfa, onion, tomato, pepper, Chinese cabbage, millet, lettuce, and carrot.
The rapeseed and sesame precision seeder is designed specifically for spring sowing areas. It uses a precision seeder with high precision for small seeds and extremely low seed damage. Each seed hopper has a capacity of 2kg, with a production efficiency of 6-8 mu/hour.
The precision seeder has 12 adjustment levels for the sowing amount of rapeseed and sesame. Adjust the seeder before adding seeds. Observe inside the seeder box and ensure that the number of seed discharge holes is consistent when adjusting the sowing amount. In addition to rapeseed, this machine can also be used to sow crops with similar seed sizes, such as Chinese cabbage, millet, sesame, alfalfa, onion, tomato, and pepper.
Before sowing, adjust the pressure spring of the furrow opener to ensure consistent sowing depth across all rows. The sowing depth and soil covering for rapeseed should be controlled to around 10mm. Before sowing, check for loose screws to prevent them from falling off, ensure uniform seeding and sowing amount across all rows, and clean the seed hopper to remove any mud, tools, or other items. Check for any blockages in the seed delivery tube and furrow opener. Use only pure seeds; do not mix in urea or other granular substances. Do not reverse during sowing. If reversing is necessary, lift the seeder. Pay attention to changes in sowing depth and amount, and add seeds promptly to keep the seed boxes full. Maintain the seeder by cleaning mud and grass from the furrow opener and seed delivery tube daily to reduce resistance and ensure sowing quality.
